New Users: Please complete the form below. This is the first page of your application that the Faculty Committee sees so be sure to answer the questions fully and seriously. You will need a jpg photo of yourself, a pdf of your unofficial transcript, and a pdf of your resume. Once completed, press submit. You will then have access to the part of the application site that allows you to upload the names and email addresses of the letter writers for each fellowship and pdfs of the essays/supporting documents specific to each fellowship. You can return to your account at any time by going to ofur-app.rice.edu/private.
